Reminder: The deadline for submitting your pilot for LG15: The Show Is Yours is next Monday, January 19.  Please remember to include the YouTube video link, an eight (8) week treatment, and contact information for your team.  If you have already entered your pilot, please also submit it as a video response to the LG15: TSIY trailer.  That way all viewers will have a chance to see your video.

When choosing which pilot will be turned into an official LG15 show, we are looking for the “best” community show that we feel will entertain the LG15 community the most.  EQAL will take EVERYTHING into consideration: the storytelling, technical quality of the production, use of characters and mythology, and how the pilot expands the canon.  While the community is only seeing the pilot, we are judging the pilot in conjunction with an eight week story arc.  We are not looking for something that extends what we’ve just done, but something new – like a branch off of what we’ve done.  To be clear, none of the people involved in any of the submissions have any inside information or “special” relationships with EQAL.  We are friendly with many fans and I have had an open door policy about LG15: TSIY.  I have encouraged anyone interested in entering to email us their questions and to ask advice about this project. I even offered the services of myself and Joseph Rubin to anyone who was interested in including our characters in their pilot.

We are blown away by the community’s response to LG15: TSIY.  All of the hard work, care, love, and detail that each of you have put into your pilot has been recognized and will be considered when we are making our decision.  If you have not already submitted your pilot, please do.  We would like to see them all!
