Now that KateModern has come to an end we’re going to give away a very special prize. Over the last year we’ve been collecting interesting items related to the show - a Hymn of One flier (signed by Jamie Bell!), a copy of The London Paper with Charlie, Patricia Nielson and Edward Salinas on the front page, an order of service from Julia’s Eternal Bond ceremony, some Bebo goodies (cap, t-shirt, stickers, wristbands), Creme Eggs, Skittles, a DVD featuring a selection of KateModern episodes AND a signed ‘Last Work’ 12 in 12 script!

It’s an amazing prize, but what do you have to do to win it? We want you to create something that shows us how much you love KateModern. It can be a video, an image or text. Anything at all! Upload it somewhere and send the link to ilovekatemodern@gmail.com by the end of this Thursday 3rd July 2008. The competition is open to anyone of any age and from anywhere in the world.

Yousef and Alexandra get a few moments of rest on the set of Nasty Bite.

Amanda (that’s me) offered up a great idea: “let’s hike to the top of that huge hill so Yousef can vblog from under that fabulous looking tree.” Everyone agreed and up we went. Did I mention that it was over 100 degrees? That we were carrying heavy bags? And that Kevin was dressed in all black? Oh, and this was the first shot of the day. The video turned out great, but that amazing pan from the ground below to Yousef, didn’t make the cut.

Noting LG15’s lack of opening credit sequences, OmegaXP offers this excellent fan-created option!

Favorite video: I think it has to be either My First Kiss or Proving Science Wrong… with Lonelybeast and Danielgirl15

Favorite character: Does Nikki B count? She’s pretty consistently awesome.

About the video: The Daniel/Sarah kiss at the prom got me thinking about all the other kisses from the days of Breeniverse past, and I ended up deciding to make a video about all of them. It’s the first video I’ve made without any help, so I hope you like it!

Zoey, the head administrator of the LGPedia, has logged her 20,000th edit, and we wanted to recognize her for her extensive contributions and tireless commitment to this resource.

A fan since the summer of 2006, Zoey has long been a driving force behind the fan-lead LGPedia, helping make it the incredible resource that it is. She began as an editor and took over the role of administrator in May 2007. She also founded the Juggling for World Peace movement, which received shout-outs in both lonelygirl15 and KateModern, not to mention dozens of fan videos. Zoey also serves as an operator of the official LG15 IRC chat.

No article about Zoey would be complete without a call to action! The LGPedia is such a tremendous resource because of the fans. Despite 20,000 edits, Zoey and the other active LGPedia editors/contributors still need your help! See this page for ways you can contribute by updating pages, adding your research, contributing details for videos, and more.

No one wants a home visit from Lucy. She was last seen at the home of Edward Salinas just after he was found dead of “an apparent suicide.”

Did Salinas commit suicide? Or was Lucy sent to clean up his mess?
