Story behind the submission: “I was working on New Year’s Eve, and it was really slow. I opened PowerPoint and Paint to play with Sarah’s picture, and that’s what I came up with.”
When she joined LG15: “I started watching the show in August, but I didn’t join the site until September after I caught up on all of the videos.”
Favorite character: “I’m struggling with a choice for my favorite character. I’d hate to cop out and say Jonas… but I also like Mallory’s character.”
Favorite episode: “I’d have to say my favorite video is a tie between Groping In the Dark and I’ll Do Whatever It Takes.”
About her screen name: “‘I’m not a tree, so please don’t decorate me, burn me, or cut me down.’ This is mostly a statement on how to treat people in cyberspace. When sharing your opinions on a forum, it is easy for people to respond using a tone that sounds like they’re cutting you down or dissing your opinion (burning you). It’s important to choose your words carefully online because your text is open to interpretation when the reader cannot hear the inflection in your voice. It’s also a pun on my screen name being a kind of tree.”
